No Cash Refund. We only issue store credit. Credit will be issued on an E-Gift card. Gift card does not expire.

Returns: Due To COVID-19 NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT OR WRONG ITEM RECIEVED EMAIL aperfectpiece@ymail.com FOR RETURN REQUEST.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on aforementioned item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Item must be free of smoke, perfume oil and stains)It must also be in the original packaging. *No refund or exchange on clearance items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged Upon Receipt of Item From Vendor. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aperfectpiece@ymail.com upon approval of return send your item to: PO Box 474 Zachary, LA 70791.
